Terms & Privacy

Please read these documents carefully. By using Schedy, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Terms of Service

Effective date: May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Schedy mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including both service providers ("Providers") and clients ("Clients").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at pal.andor71@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Provider Responsibilities

As a Provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of your services, pricing, and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings unless a cancellation is necessary, in which case you must notify the Client promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to your services.
  • Treat all Clients professionally and with respect.
  • Keep your profile, services, and schedule information up to date.

Schedy acts solely as a scheduling platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by Providers.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Attend booked appointments on time, or cancel within a reasonable period before the scheduled time.
  • Provide accurate personal information when making a booking.
  • Respect the Provider's cancellation and rescheduling policies.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate booking purposes.

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

The Schedy app is free to download and use for Clients. Providers must purchase a subscription to access all platform features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

Payment processing is handled securely by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By providing payment information, you authorize Schedy and its payment processor to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full card or banking details on our servers.

Schedy reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
  • Post false or misleading information about yourself or your services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Schedy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Service without prior written consent from Schedy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Schedy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Schedy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at pal.andor71@gmail.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Schedy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the app.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At Schedy, your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Schedy mobile application and related services ("Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and usage analytics to help us improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.

  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Between Users: Clients see a Provider's public profile and availability. Providers see the Client's name and contact details for booked appointments.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Schedy, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

The Schedy mobile app may collect device identifiers and usage analytics to help us understand how users interact with the app.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time frame, unless retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at pal.andor71@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, sending a notification through the app or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
